Port to PlayMyCode of Notch's Minecraft 4kjs demo

Direct port to PlayMyCode of Notch's wonderful Minecraft 4k Javascript/HTML5 demo.
Warning: This version runs incredibly slowly! I've asked the PlayMyCode developers for help in finding the issue, so hopefully it will run speedily soon :)
